Does Aura WM supply energy directly?
No. Aura WM acts as an intermediary. If you choose an option, the energy supply contract is with the Supplier and subject to that Supplier’s terms.
Can you guarantee the cheapest price?
No. We work with Suppliers available to us and do not claim to compare every option in the market. We aim to present suitable proposals based on the information available and your priorities.
How do you get paid?
We may receive commission or other remuneration from a Supplier. We will provide the material remuneration information required for the relevant arrangement and encourage you to ask questions before deciding.
What information should I prepare?
Useful details include property addresses, meter or supply identifiers, current Supplier, contract end dates, recent bills and any upcoming occupancy changes. We’ll confirm what is needed for your circumstances.
Can you help with change of tenancy or vacant properties?
We can help coordinate administrative steps and explain what information a Supplier may request. Requirements vary, and the relevant Supplier must confirm its process.
Are you able to switch every site?
Eligibility and timing depend on the Supplier, meter, contract terms, data validation and other factors. We cannot guarantee acceptance or a particular completion date.
